1. No obligation to provide personal data

Every user decides for themselves whether or not to share personal data with Cadence. Processing of personal data

When you use Cadence's products and/or services, we process the following personal data about you:

• contact details, such as your name, telephone number and email address;
• payment details, such as your bank account number, insofar as this is necessary to process a payment.

We process this data for, among other things, the following purposes:

• to enter into and perform an agreement with you;
• for the administrative handling and delivery of our services and products;
• for invoicing paid services; in the event of non-payment, we may engage a debt collection agency for this purpose;
• to send you newsletters, offers, information or service messages, but only if you have given consent for this;
• for targeted marketing, for example via email or through tools such as Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics;
• to manage, analyse, optimise and secure our services, and to prevent fraud or misuse;
• for strategic analyses and internal reporting;
• to automatically collect certain data during a visit to our website or app, such as your IP address, browser type, language setting and the time of your visit;
• camera footage from security cameras in the studio (entrance and common areas, not in changing rooms);

Cadence uses your personal data exclusively for the purposes stated above and does not retain it for longer than necessary for the careful performance thereof, unless Cadence is legally obliged to retain the data for longer.

2. Disclosure to third parties

Only authorised Cadence employees and parties who provide services on our behalf (processors) have access to your personal data, for example for security, processing or IT maintenance purposes. Cadence enters into a data processing agreement with these processors, so that an appropriate level of security and confidentiality is safeguarded.

Cadence does not disclose your personal data to third parties, unless:

• this is necessary for the performance of our services;
• there is a legal obligation to do so;
• there is an emergency or a security threat;
• this is requested by competent authorities, on the basis of a subpoena or a court order.

3. Your rights
